With specialist moisture investigation tools technicians investigate and stop the moisture source prior to remediation works. Engineering controls are installed prior to remediation to prevent cross contamination throughout the property by creating a physical barrier as well as negative air pressurisation. Industry standard source removal remediation is then conducted, to the affected area and contents, keeping the property free from the introduction of secondary chemicals . After remediation works are complete the area is then tested for verification purposes. Once this result is achieved reinstatement works can begin under normal conditions.
