Docklands PS
$4mil Refurbishment
This capital works project consisted of converting three existing retail spaces in Docklands into a new architecturally designed Primary School. It was completed in the incredibly tight timeframe of 8 weeks to occupancy, and included engagement of a Fire Engineer to meet Fire Compliance requirements as a change of Building Usage was conducted as part of the building permit.
Templestowe College
$750k Remediation
This project consisted of the Asbestos removal and site remediation of a storage room, a Workshop, one classroom and approx. 1200sq meters of eaves at Templestowe College.
Wonthaggi PS
$350k Accessibility Upgrade
This project covered the upgrade of eleven ramps across Wonthaggi Primary School to meet DDA compliance and improve the school’s accessibility to meet the national standards set out for factors such as incline, handrails and landings.
