7 Eleven Croydon
$147k Reinstatement
This project included a reinstatement of the canopy roof, which covered the removal of the canopy, the replacement of damaged steel, and reinstatement back into position. Project management and administration included the application for building permits and coordination of hot works permits, and assessment of footings and structure for safety compliance.
7 Eleven Maribyrnong
$230k Restoration & $350k New store
After a flood event, where toxic sludge & mud covered the site, causing significant impact, our team removed the toxic waste (flood waters had caused the underground fuel canisters to overflow) and were engaged to re-build the store. Half of the site were able to continue to trade as we rebuilt, managing safe and compliant site access throughout the build.
7 Eleven Aspendale
$244k Refurbishment
This project covered the refurbishment of the full 7 Eleven store to include all new amenities and design. This was conducted in stages, in a live environment to keep the store trading throughout the project.
